San Jose Custom Upholstery respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or request a quote, why we collect it, and what we do with it. In short: we use it to quote and complete your job, and nothing else.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. That normally means:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The service you are interested in and your preferred contact method
• Details and photographs of the furniture you would like us to work on
• Your address, where pickup or delivery is arranged

We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.

How we use it

• To prepare and send you an estimate
• To contact you about your enquiry or an ongoing job
• To arrange pickup, delivery and scheduling
• To keep a basic record of work completed, for warranty and reference

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send marketing email unless you have specifically asked us to.

Photographs of your furniture

Photographs you send are used to quote and complete your job. We sometimes like to show finished work in our gallery or on our Google Business Profile — but we will always ask you first, and a “no” costs you nothing and changes nothing about your job.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Pages that embed a Google Map may set cookies controlled by Google; see the Google Privacy Policy for details. Your browser settings can block these if you prefer.

Third parties

We share your information only where it is necessary to do the work — for example with a fabric supplier placing your order, or a delivery driver bringing your piece back. They receive only what they need for that task.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for around twelve months, then deleted. Records of completed work are kept longer so we can honour warranties and help if you come back to us years later with the same piece.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email sjcu408@gmail.com or call (408) 915-7560 and we will take care of it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion.
